Spreading the cost
Example:
You apply for FTTC 40/10 costing £26.78 per month, your sign on fee is £15.75, and a router £54.63.£54.63 / 6 months = £9.11 for 6 months.
Your first bill will be £42.53 (sign on and first months rental) + £9.11 = £51.64.Your Second to Sixth month bill will be £35.91.
(Unfortunately, if you do terminate within the first six months we will have to ask for full payment of the equipment).
Then on month 7 will revert to £26.78 per month.
At the end of your contract/fixed term if you want to re-sign with us on another fixed or variable term contract there is no sign on fee and no new router fee (unless you want a new router) just a welcome back with open arms.
You will be sign onto the latest fixed price tarriff, which will have risen or fallen in line with interest rates, but we promise to give you the best price we can.
This package is our short term fixed price contract and ties you in for 12 Months with no Price rises* it's slightly more expensive than a 24 or 36 Month contract.

ADSL2+ is Copper cable Broadband, but the next Generation of copper line broadband.
It comes with a minimum contract of a month (or you can take our fixed price option) and will tide you over at a great price until fibre reaches your area, we have an option for all!
This product will not be available in some areas as they go to full fibre..

FTTC
FTTC is shorthand for Fibre to the Cabinet.
The Cabinets are the green 'street furniture' you see with BT Broadband or BT superfast Broadband Stickers on.
It means that Fibre Optic cable has been laid and connected to the cabinet, but beyond that its still copper cable. So you get faster Broadband but it is restricted by the resistance of the copper cable to your home.

FTTP
FTTP is shorthand for Fibre to the Premises (as in your home or business).
This means that the Fibre Optic cable runs all the way from the exchange, to the Green Cabinets (the ones you see with BT Broadband or BT superfast Broadband Stickers on). To the premises means that Fibre Optic cable has been laid and connected to the
cabinet, and then on to your home or business. Soon all Businesses and Homes will have FTTP.

We want to provide not only the best and most innovative products, but the best Customer Service as well, but to do this each year new tariffs will be published.
If you are on a fixed tariff your prices stays at that price until that tariff ends.
Every March 31st we will raise inline with CPIH.
Example: If you are on our 36 month tariff and get a price promise of £26.78 per month for Broadband, You get that price for Broadband for 3 Years. Once you finish and there has been three CPIH rises of 8% (for example) the new tariff would be around £37.74 a month for the next 36 months that will be the price for the next 3 Years.
We have to continually monitor the cost of living and providing a service, as we pay our staff the national living wage (not minimum wage, this is a wage that you are able to live on).

How we sign you up.
- When you have run a speed test to see whats available in your area you can then,
- choose the Broadband plan you want.
When you click 'sign me up' You'll be directed to a form. - when you have put your chosen options and sent the form to us
- Our in house system will collate the information (including if you want to spread it across six months or use your own router) create a reoccuring invoice and then..
- ...you'll then recieve an eMail invite to accept the Direct Debit by our card processor 'Go Cardless'.
- Once you've accepted the DD invite that is processed by our DD processor and the provider switch is then put into process.
- We will keep you updated each step of the way.
- This in no way affects your statutory rights of a 14 day cooling off period or other statute rights.
