Our flexi contract allows you to change your month to month needs.

The choice is yours.
It is a variable contract*, but with a 7 days notice you can switch to another Speed or to our fixed term contract with no penalty.
*Variable contracts are subject to any CPIH and other increases from 1st April each year.
Warranty
We will warranty your Router, Phone or ATA for the length of time you are
contracted to our services.
If you renew with us at the end of your contract, so does your warranty.
If you leave, the Router/ATA is yours to keep and reuse with your new provider.
Fixed Term
Our Fixed Term contracts = Fixed Price.
In the current economic situation where large price rises are "normal",
during your fixed term contract your prices are fixed also (this means no CPIH raise).
When your fixed term is over we won't dramatically raise your prices
like other providers do.
Towards the end of each year like all businesses we review our costs, and those of our competion, but generally aren't massive as we have set profit margins and no shareholders to appease.
Incentives
At the end of a fixed term or variable contract you will always get the same promotions and incentives as someone transferring our services to them.
*for example some companies tie you in to a 24 month contract at £24.99 then raise it to £38.00 the day after it ends.
With us, You will get told the price of your current fixed contract 30 days before it ends. You can then choose whether you want a 12, 24 or 36 month contract with us again.
To change to a new contract is done same day, with no changes needed to your equipment or break in your service and starts after your old contract ends.
Support
Our Business and Residential Support, complaints, Sales etc. are all done by the same staff this means that it's less complicated for you as a business or residential customer to get the help you need.
